About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team in a high-volume, multi-site environment. This role is responsible for end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and induction of new employees, while providing data-driven insights to support workforce planning. Key Performance Areas

  • Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to employee induction.
  • Support high-volume recruitment across multiple sites and business units.
  • Utilize multiple sourcing platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, PNet, CareerJunction, ATS) to identify and attract top talent.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recruitment reports to HR leadership.
  • Facilitate offer management, background checks, and onboarding compliance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and external recruitment partners.
  • Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Coordinate new employee induction programs to ensure smooth integration.

 

Minimum Requirements

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in HR, Industrial Psychology, or related field.
  • 4–6 years’ experience in high-volume recruitment, preferably in multi-site environments.
  • Proficiency with ATS systems and recruitment databases.
  • Experience leveraging multiple career sites and headhunting techniques.
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
  • Knowledge of South African labour laws and compliance requirements.
