About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team in a high-volume, multi-site environment. This role is responsible for end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and induction of new employees, while providing data-driven insights to support workforce planning. Key Performance Areas
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to employee induction.
- Support high-volume recruitment across multiple sites and business units.
- Utilize multiple sourcing platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, PNet, CareerJunction, ATS) to identify and attract top talent.
- Provide data-driven insights and recruitment reports to HR leadership.
- Facilitate offer management, background checks, and onboarding compliance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and external recruitment partners.
- Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate new employee induction programs to ensure smooth integration.
Minimum Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in HR, Industrial Psychology, or related field.
- 4–6 years’ experience in high-volume recruitment, preferably in multi-site environments.
- Proficiency with ATS systems and recruitment databases.
- Experience leveraging multiple career sites and headhunting techniques.
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
- Knowledge of South African labour laws and compliance requirements.
