Position: TES SUPERVISOR – KZN REGIONAL OFFICE
Department: TES
This role reports directly to the Operations Manager
Site Location: KZN Regional Office
The suitable candidate will meet the criteria below;

Key Performance Outputs
- Oversee overall operational activities within the TES division
- Ensure accurate staff booking as per client labour requirements and report fill/success rates
- Ensure employee timesheet and clocking’s are collected and submitted to the regional office weekly
- Ensure compliance in line with Vericon and client SLA to ensure 100% compliance with company policies
- Oversee SHERQ requirements i.e. employee medicals, PPE compliance and safety files to ensure 100%
compliance - Maintain, develop and improve existing processes to enhance efficiency and improve cost management
- Respond to client inquiries in a timeous and professional manner in line with service level standards
- Plan and manage employee pool with support and guidance from management to ensure adequate staff
available at all times - Organize and maintain the required skill set for existing clients as well as potential clients
- Implementation of corrective/disciplinary measures as and when required
- Completion of near miss reporting and toolbox talks daily to ensure employees are up to date with
company policies and requirements - Implementation of service level improvement strategies across regional TES clients (with support of
management) - Daily updates on staffing and incidents within your area of responsibility and requirements
- Conducting daily jobs observation to ensure SOP compliance and safety standards are adhered to
- Coordinates periodic safety inspections on site and reporting of deviations to management
- Attendance of client monthly SHE committee meetings and escalation of concerns to management

Minimum Requirements
- Matric / Grade 12
- Computer Literate
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in warehousing logistics
- Relevant qualifications in warehouse management
- Own transport
Weekend and after-hours may be required based on operational needs.
