Recruitment and Selection
With a national footprint, we are capable of conducting thorough recruitment and selection nationally from any one of our many offices. Our recruitment comprises of candidate screening, confirmation of education transcripts as well as verification of clear criminal records In addition to the standard recruitment best practice, we place our candidates through numeracy and literacy assessments to supplement their senior certificates.
Our final selection phase consists of candidates going through our Auditor Cognisance Evaluation (ACE). This assessment is the intellectual property of Vericon Outsourcing and has been developed specifically to test the potential of candidates to work in specific positions.The assessments that we conduct have been benchmarked against existing top performers of our current clients and have proven successful in eliminating bottom performers in the recruitment stage.
After successful selection, our candidates then enter a stringent training programme which is followed by rigorous practical assessments. Only the top candidates are then placed on site.
